Known for major hits like “Sunshine and Whiskey” and “Helluva Life,” Frankie Ballard was one of the last acts at Delaware Junction main stage to close out the 3-day festival in Harrington, Del.
Ballard started off his set with his newest hit “Young and Crazy” and set the tone for the rest of his performance. He got the Delaware crowd on their feet for the next main stage performance, Thomas Rhett.
Ballard is a country music singer and songwriter who has released albums under Reprise Records and Warner Bros. Records. He has charted three singles on the Hot Country Songs charts, all of which he performed at the country music festival.
Ballard signed up for Kenny Chesney’s Next Big Star competition in 2008, which he won, and opened shows for Chesney at Michigan venues. Ballard has also opened for Lady Antebellum and after Delaware Junction Festival, Thomas Rhett.
Ballard also played hits like “Tell Me You Get Lonely” and “A Buncha Girls” at the Delaware Junction venue.
